The "SHI-HEUN" martial art center was founded by Onshi Sydney Shlomo Faiga of blessed memory (1932 - 2007) who came to Israel in 1960 with his wife Nehama Norin of blessed memory from South Africa and with their two sons Roy & Ilan settling in Moshav Moledet where Oren, Gil & Ziv were born.


In Moshav Moledet opened the first martial art dojo,

"SHI-HEUN" is a unique association and method where you can find several martial arts branches and expertise which in all Onshi Shlomo Sydney Faiga practice and mastered. (Judo, Karate, Boxing, Jujitsu and unique method of self-defense martial arts combat) and through the worldview of his inner world in particular and unique martial arts world in general has developed and established the way of "SHI-HEUN".

Sydney was put in the Hall of Fame of martial arts in South Africa owner of the highest rank in the world of martial arts and founder of Method, "SHI-HEUN".

The head of the method today is Roy Faiga, Senior Trainer and Sydney's oldest son. Together with his brother Ilan, Oren, Ziv & Gil continued his way and heritage of "SHI-HEUN".

"SHI-HEUN" is a method that respects the past, live the present, looking to the future while maintaining the special character, its uniqueness and what it represents :
